Hancock was built to solve a problem for ourselves and our clients, so was created to our own brief. We are looking into expanding Hancocks offering and ability to be used on any website.
We have created a hosted solution for those who don't use WordPress or are unable to install plugins. If you have a specific requirement, contact us and we can discuss creating you a bespoke version for your business.
Once you've finished adding your details, you will have a number of options. The method used will be depending on the email client you wish to place the email signature into. Select an option below to see instructions for each:
Yes, fill out only the fields what you would like to use on your email signature, be sure to checkout the other tabs for options such as social media icons, styling and more. If you would like to add some later you can always come back and edit your email signature.
There isn't a limit! You can create any number of HTML email signatures with Hancock. You can upload your logo, choose your brand colours, add social network links, change font size and colour and more.
You can currently only choose 1 template theme for all signatures. But watch this space as there may be future changes to improve this feature.
Of course! With our design and formatting options it is possible to create a huge variety of email signatures. However, if you find this is not enough we can create bespoke email signatures for your organisation.
Hancock is developed by Brave Little Tank, a digital agency. This means that we can help develop a bespoke version of Hancock for your organisation or business.
Get in touch with us using our contact form.
Currently signature banners are only available on our Pro pricing. If you have a Free account, please speak to your developer for more information.
Under the style tab, you can upload a banner to your email, a recommended size is 300px by 60px, which caters for mobile devices, other wise just no wider than 580px. You can also specify a link for your banner if needed.
Check that you have only included the link to your profile, so don't include the https://twitter.com/ part of the url, for example. We put this in the link automatically for you to make sure that icons only link to the correct network.
Double check that your profile is correct, just compare this to what you see when you are on the social network page.
Make sure you've followed the instructions for the correct email client. The method used will be different depending on the email client you wish to place the signature into. Select an option below to see guide for each option:
